Building Use Fees, Information & Photos

Thank you so much for your interest in renting the New Palestine United Methodist Church facilities.  What follows is package pricing, individual room pricing, and additional information about our facility.  At the bottom of this page, you can see photos of the church and areas.  Please note the price difference between Members/Constituents and Non-Members.  We feel that it is very important to offer to our faithful congregation a discount when using the facilities.  As always, any Member/Constituent Ministry activity is free.  There are also several community groups that are allowed to use the building for free.  Feel free to contact the church offices if you have any questions after viewing this page at 861-4390 or newpalumc@comcast.net.  We look forward to working with you on your next event!

Birthday Party Package

Small Event Package

Fellowship Hall, Cafe or Welcome Center & Kitchen B or C
4 hours, including set-up
Use of all NPUMC tables & chairs
Do own set up and clean up
Cost: $65
 
Non-Member
Fellowship Hall, Cafe or Welcome Center & Kitchen B or C
4 hours, including set-up ($25 per hour thereafter)
Use of all NPUMC tables and chairs
Custodian/Supervisor 4 hours
Cost: $100
 
 
Misc Large Event. (example: Family Reunion or Dinner)

Additional time added onto package pricing will be at the cost of $25 per hour.
NPUMC has tables and chairs to accommodate up to 300 people.

All these fees are based on a four hour time block unless otherwise specified.

Additional Information:
Kitchen C has plates, silverware and glasses to accommodate up to 300 people.  It is also fully stocked with all kitchen items.  There are 3 gas ranges, a commercial grade refrigerator, and a commercial grade freezer.  All of this is available for use when renting.  The kitchen was opened when we built the CMC, so all items are less than 1 year old.  There is also a roll down window that would allow you to serve directly from the kitchen to the hall by the Gym or to Fellowship Hall. 
 
The UMW has available table linens (white and cream) and decorations upon request.  Please call the church offices for details. 
 
There is a large projection screen in the Gym and an excellent sound system.  If you are interested in using these items, you will need to hire one of our Sound Technicians to operate the equipment.
