Praising Hims

 

The Praising Hims are a five man singing group with occasional guest
Tereasa Petrow.  These men are all long time members of New Palestine
United Methodist Church and continue to perform there several weeks
throughout the year.  The groupincludes: Brian Quick, Jerome Davis,
Ron Holder, Ron Cox, and Tom Charleston, and is directed
and led by Linda Quick.  These men truly have a passion for Christ
and it shines through in their singing. The following pictures were taken at
this year's annual Praising Hims' Concert in Greenfield.  The Praising
Hims have a Christmas Concert every year, the most recent ones benefiting
needy members of the community.  In 2007 and 2008 the Praising
Hims raised over $30,000 by their free will offering holiday concert. 
In 2009, changing the venue, and making the concert a free-will
offering only, the guys raised approximately $15,000.00.  This group
is very dedicated to the needs of the community and church.
